Ingredients:
A regular sized pack of thin pork loin chops, without the bone, if you only have the bone in type you can cut the bone out. Pound your chops out thin and cut into bite size pieces.
Black Pepper
For the glaze:
4 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon of Cornstarch
2 cloves of Garlic minced
2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
To start: Season Pork Chops with Black Pepper. Freshly ground is the best!
Fry the pork chops in Vegetable oil in a saute pan or skillet, on medium heat, til cooked through, you want to start to see brown bits sticking to the pan.
While this is cooking, mix together thoroughly all the ingredients for the glaze, a coffee cup will be fine to mix the glaze in.
Once your meat is cooked through remove from pan onto a plate.
Add minced Garlic to pan and cook for a few seconds. Scraping all the browned bits from the meat off the pan.
Add glaze, stir and cook til thickened about a minute or two.
Return the pork to pan with glaze and mix to cover the meat.
Serve over rice and whatever side/ sides you wish. We always like Steamed Broccoli!
