Spiced Pecans



Some of the most delicious pecans that ever passed your mouth! Sweet, crunchy and very easy to make. This is one of the most requested treats I make during Christmas holidays! I hope you and your loved ones enjoy this recipe!



Ingredients:

1 Large Egg Separated, you just want the egg white
1/3 Cup White Sugar
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Allspice
1/2 Teaspoon Seasoned Salt, I use Lawry's
1/4 Teaspoon Nutmeg
4 Cups Pecan Halves

In a small bowl combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice, seasoned salt and nutmeg. Stir until well combined.

Spray cookie sheet with a non stick cooking spray.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.

In a large bowl beat egg white with a hand mixer on high until its nice and foamy, refer to photos if needed.

Add pecans, stir well until evenly coated. Add spice mix, stir and coat well.

Spread pecans onto greased cookie sheet and bake one hour.

Remove from oven and cool.

After cooled break up into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container. Most of all, enjoy and sneak a bite or two after their done!

Mix spices into small bowl


Spray cookie sheet with non stick spray

Beat egg white


Until nice and foamy


Add pecans


Mix well


Until evenly coated


Add spice mix


Stir until well coated


Spread onto greased cookie sheet



After cooled break into smaller pieces


Completely cool before adding to container
